Doc Compton President & Founder Lee Compton started investigating credit reporting laws, the credit reporting agencies themselves, and the ways in which creditors and collectors operated, back in 1995---out of personal necessity! Having made the same mistakes that many people make in mismanaging their first credit accounts, and not knowing what to look for or avoid on his own credit reports, he found himself in the same situation that so many other Americans do these days... He was unable to make major purchases through traditional financing, stuck with ridiculously high interest rates, and often got the same "decline" letters that many American consumers are getting right now. Much like so many consumers he now aids in credit restoration, he couldn't answer his phone, for fear that it was just another collector calling! As a result, he became a student of the process by which inaccurate and outdated information could be disputed, and set about the task of more deeply investigating his own credit reports. He found several inaccuracies, and went through the necessary steps to have these items investigated, and eventually removed. In time, he had spent many hours working with friends and family to help them with their credit reports as well. Through years of trial and error, and extensive and ongoing research, he’s put together a system by which these inaccuracies can be investigated and potentially removed, updated, or corrected. That system is what has evolved into his profession and his passion... Omega Credit Repair & Counseling Services. David Dishman Director of Sales & Service David has diligently served as the Director of Sales and Service for Omega Credit Repair since January of 2007. In a market environment that is ever changing, David has helped Omega to recognize those changes as we adapt and develop new programs and processes. Over the last three years he has played a vital role in the growth and development of Omega. With new programs in place, David was able to help Omega experience a 69% year over year growth from 2008 to 2009. With a comprehensive business plan in place the team is working together to make that happen again in 2010. David is certified in FCRA through the CDIA.
Prior to coming to Omega, David was recognized as a Top Producer and a member of the Presidents Club for Banc One Securities, Alliance Capital, Pacific Life, Van Kampen and One Group Funds several years in a row. While working in the investment world David carried the Series 7, 63, and 24, Principal’s license in addition to the Group 1 and P&C. In 2003, when the rest of the market was running scared, David was featured in an AP article carried nationally, touting his abilities to educate his clients.
David’s passion to educate people on financial matters doesn’t stop in the office. Over the last several years he has helped to facilitate financial education classes, including Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and Crown Financial Ministry at his church, St Andrew United Methodist, in Plano, TX. When not volunteering at his church, David is extremely active with the Boy Scouts of America, serving as Cubmaster, Den Leader, Committee member and Merit Badge counselor and is currently completing his requirements for Wood Badge leadership training. David, his wife and two boys have lived in Plano, TX for the last 10 years David is prior service, Army coming from a family tradition of military service. He is also a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and the Defense Language Institute. Memberships also include Phi Theta Kappa, honor society and the National Eagle Scout Association. |

Lisa Hightower Director of Processing & Administration Since joining the OMEGA team in early 2008, Lisa Hightower has played a vital role in the company’s rapid growth and development for over 2 years. Lisa brings to the table an unsurpassed attention to administrative detail, a keen eye for streamlining processes and procedures, and a crucial understanding of result-driven client/provider relationships. As the Director of Processing and Administration, Lisa’s primary responsibility is the large-scale coordination and facilitation of disputes with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies. Lisa is certified in FCRA through the CDIA. Prior to becoming a founding member of the OMEGA family, Lisa spent over seven years amidst the tumultuous corporate world of the cosmetics industry, thriving in integral roles with rapidly-growing niche brands. It was during her tenure with Laura Mercier Cosmetics as Assistant Brand Manager, and then as Consumer Service & Direct Sales Manager with Caudalie Skincare, that she forged new ground in both venues and honed her wide array of specialized skills in areas such as of product development and marketing, end-user sales and customer service, regulatory affairs, e-commerce and inter-office management. |
